Two teens charged with possessing stolen vehicle following rollover collision

Wappinger, New York – On February 20, 2017, the New York State Police from Wappinger arrested David Rodriguez and Seth Feliz, both age 17, of Wallkill, New York, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony.

On February 20, 2017, at about 4:33 a.m., Troopers were dispatched to a one-car rollover collision that occurred on New Hackensack Road in the area of Route 9. An investigation revealed that the overturned Toyota Sequoia occupied by Rodriguez and Feliz had been stolen from Wallkill, New York.

Rodriguez and Feliz were arraigned at the City of Beacon Court. They were remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond. Their next appearance was scheduled for February 22, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. in the Town of Wappinger Court.
