State Police investigate one-car crash that occurred in the Town of Greenburgh

Greenburgh, New York – On February 15, 2017 at approximately 2:19 p.m., New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks responded to the area of Mile Post Marker 7.6 northbound on the Sprain Brook Parkway for a reported one-car collision.

A preliminary investigation indicates that a Nissan Pathfinder operated by Donnie T. McCray, 50 years old, of Bronx, New York, was traveling northbound at a high rate of speed.  McCray’s vehicle exited the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a tree.

McCray was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Westchester Medical Center where he is listed in critical but stable condition.  McCray’s passenger, Terrance Gray, 49 years old, of Brooklyn, was transported to Westchester Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
