New York State Police Fixed Sobriety Checkpoint

On December 31, 2016 the New York State Police conducted a fixed Sobriety Checkpoint on State Route 35 in the town of Somers, Westchester county, which yielded the following arrest:

Christian Berton, 56 years old of Katonah, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated-Misdemeanor and refused breathalyzer. Mr Berton to appear in town of Somers Court on 01/16/17 at 5:30pm.
