Livingston, New York – The New York State Police in Troop “K”, Zone 1 held their 15th Annual Open House and Toy Drive on Saturday December 3, 2016 at the Livingston station.

Once again the event was a tremendous success.  “The generosity and spirit of good will among the communities we serve never ceases to amaze me” said Captain Michael Jankowiak, Zone 1 Commander.  “We are literally running out of room for donations, but will continue to accept donations thorough December 16th”, said Jankowiak.

In addition to what is pictured here, 16 new bicycles with safety helmets were also donated through the generosity of County Waste and their employees.

All donations will be shared for distribution with community organizations including Domestic Violence Services, Social Services and Toys-for-Tots.
