State Police arrest Livingston man as a fugitive from justice

PRESS RELEASE
Livingston, New York – On November 17, 2016, the US Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force along with Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Leonard A. Scoval, age 74, of Livingston, New York, for an active Felony arrest warrant from the State of Florida.

Scoval was wanted for the charge of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation of a Child (victim being less than 12 years old) stemming from an incident that occurred in Monroe County, Florida.

Scoval was arraigned in the Town of Livingston Justice Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail where he is awaiting extradition.
