WASSAIC SEED SWAP, NOVEMBER 12
WASSAIC, NY— The Wassaic Project presents the inaugural annual Seed Swap at the Maxon Mills. An event for gardeners, plant enthusiasts, seed-curious and anyone else, the Seed Swap will be an informal gathering of community members to share seeds and gardening tips. Attendees are encouraged to bring seeds to share – or something else to share like cookies or a snack. The Wassaic Project will provide some seed bags to facilitate the exchange.
Immediately following the Seed Swap will be the opening of FAIR AND HONEST DEALING, a solo exhibition of photographer John Dolan, featuring twenty photographs of Luther Barn and Luther Barn community, as well as the opening of RELAY, a community-based project connecting generations through voice, page and place.
