Millbrook – Thelma L. (Rose) Sears, 78 years old, died in Life Care of Raynham, MA on Saturday October 15, 2016.
She was the widow of Donald Sears. Born in Taunton, MA, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Rose, she was educated in Taunton Schools and graduated from Taunton High School. Thelma had been a resident of Millbrook for the past 40 years. She was a communicant of St Joseph’s Church in Millbrook. Thelma was the manager of the Millbrook Antique Shop for over 25 years. She like to knit, loved antiques and most of all was known as a very kind woman who always helped her friends.
She is the mother of Kelley Sears of North Dighton, MA, Karolyn Ross and her husband Joseph of North Dighton,MA, Kenneth Griest of Norton, MA and Steven Sears and his wife Suzie of FL. Thelma is the grandmother and aunt of several. She is the great grandmother of 1 great grandson and she was also the sister of the late Richard Rose.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in St Joseph’s Church, Millbrook, NY on November 5, 2016 at 11 AM.
