NYSP CONDUCTS UNDERAGE DRINKER ENFORCEMENT DETAIL
On October 29, 2016, the New York State Police in Somers conducted an Underage Drinker Enforcement Detail in the towns of North Salem, Somers and Carmel. The following establishments were checked with no violations observed:

Uncorked Wine Store, 80 State Route 6, Somers, NY
Stop & Shop, 80 State Route 6, Somers, NY
Sunoco 55 State Route 6, Somers, NY
Valben Heritage Market, 249 State Route 202, Somers NY
Kingsley Deli, 252 June Rd, North Salem, NY
Swan Deli, 519 State Route 22, North Salem, NY
Citgo Gas Station 105 Route 6, Mahopac, NY
The following establishment was found to be in violation of the NY State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law and sold to an underage individual:
Mobil Mart, 102 State Route 6, Mahopac, NY
An employee at the Mobil Mart was charged with Prohibited Sale of an Alcoholic Beverage to a Person Under 21 Years Old and issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Carmel Court on 11/07/2016, at 6pm.
