PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police announce the arrest of Michael T. Latham, age 32, from Brooklyn, New York for Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree, a Felony.
On October 18, 2016, Members of SP Ellenville responded to Ulster Correctional Facility for an inmate possessing contraband. Further investigation revealed during a search that inmate Michael T. Latham did possess two exacto blades inside the prison.
On October 18, 2016 Michael Latham was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband 1st. Latham was processed and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Wawarsing Court on Novemebr 04, 2016 at 8:30 AM in front of Town Justice Wayne Lonstein.
