State Police arrest Earlton man for weapon charge

PRESS RELEASE

     On October 24, 2016, State Police at Catskill arrested ROBERT TWISS, age 58, of Earlton, N.Y. for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (a class D Felony).  The arrest was the result of an indictment handed down in Greene County Court. TWISS is accused of being in possession of a firearm while having a previous felony conviction. TWISS was committed to the Greene County Jail and arraigned before Greene County Judge Charles Tailleur this morning. TWISS was returned to Greene County Jail with bail set at $15,000.00 cash bail or $30,000.00 bond.
