State Police at Liberty Make Arrest in Ice Cream Parlor Burglary

On October 24, 2016 State Police arrested a Roscoe woman after an investigation into a burglary at the Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Stand in Livingston Manor. The burglary was reported to State Police on October 4, 2016. It was reported that approximately $600 cash was taken during the burglary. Danielle Fuger, age 36 was arrested by State Police investigators from the Liberty barracks.
Fuger was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, a felony. She was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
