Joint Agency Sobriety Check Point Conducted in North Castle

PRESS RELEASE
On Saturday October 8, 2016, the New York State Police conducted a joint agency DWI Sobriety Check Point with the North Castle Police Department on Route 22 in Armonk. During the detail the following arrests were made:
Michael Ventorino, from Armonk, NY was arrested for Aggravated DWI and provided a breath sample that indicated he had a .18% BAC.
In addition to the DWI arrest there was also an arrest made for Criminal Possession of Marihuana, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
All subjects were issued tickets to appear in the Town of North Castle Court on October 20, 2016 at 5:00 PM.
