Ellenville Man Arrested for Burglary

New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Stephen Drake, age 25, of Ellenville NY, for Burglary in the Second Degree (Felony).

After a lengthy investigation State Police discovered Drake was responsible for forcing entry into a private residence, and stealing several items from within that residence.

Drake was arraigned in the Town of Wawarsing Court before Town Justice Charles Dechon and remanded to Ulster County Jail on $50,000.00 cash bail, or $100,000.00 secured bond.  Drake was ordered to return to the Town of Wawarsing Court on October 7, 2016 at 8:30am.
