Nyack man arrested for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child

PRESS RELEASE

On September 16, 2016, the New York State Police in Haverstrawin conjunction with the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit arrested Wayne Ostrander, age 36 from Nyack, NY for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.

The investigation determined that Mr. Ostrander was found to be in possession of several digital images of child pornography on his cellular phone.  Mr. Ostrander was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Nyack Court on September 27, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
