New York State Police and partnering agencies continue to investigate fire at GAP Distribution Center

Fishkill, New York – The New York State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) have completed the on-site investigation of the commercial structure fire that occurred on August 29, 2016, at the GAP Northeast Distribution Center in Fishkill, New York. The location was released to Gap Inc., on September 5, 2016.
The ATF National Response Team has concluded that the fire was incendiary in nature. This means that the fire was intentionally set. NYSP and ATF are continuing the investigation.
