Lake Peekskill woman charged with driving while intoxicated

PRESS RELEASE

Southeast, New York – On February 22, 2015, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks charged Ashlee L. Cerutti, 28 years old, of Lake Peekskill, New York, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to assist the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department with a verbal dispute that occurred at the Shell Gas Station located on Danbury Road. Following an investigation conducted by State Police, it was determined that Cerutti had driven to the location while intoxicated.

Cerutti supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .21%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. She was issued Traffic Tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on March 24, 2015.
