Hurley man arrested for possessing child pornography

The Troop F Computer Crimes Unit and the State Police at Kingston arrested David P. Graham, age 61,of Hurley, NY for 1 count of possession of a sexual performance of a child, a class E Felony.

State Police executed a search warrant at Graham’s residence, securing a computer and related equipment that Graham used to possess and share child pornography files over the internet.

Graham was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Hurley court at a later date.
