Tuckahoe man charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Putnam Valley, New York – On February 24, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Gregory S. Slater, 30 years old, of Tuckahoe, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the car Slater was operating on the Taconic State Parkway for failing to maintain its lane of travel. While Interviewing Slater, he exhibited clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Slater supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .18%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.

Slater was issued Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Putnam Valley Court on March 5, 2015.
