Lewisboro resident charged with Criminal Mischief

Lewisboro, New York – On August 2, 2016, New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Donna M. Berisha, Age 52, of Lewisboro, New York, for Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony.
On August 2, 2016 at approximately 7:19 p.m., State Police were dispatched to investigate a domestic incident that occurred at a Lewisboro residence. An investigation revealed that Berisha caused over $1,500 worth of damage to the home’s custom-made front door with a hammer.
Berisha was arraigned in the Town of Lewisboro Justice Court and was released on her own recognizance. The defendant is scheduled to return to the Town of Lewisboro Court on August 15, 2016.
