PRESS RELEASE
Newburgh, NY – On August 1, 2016, at approximately 11:21 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a traffic violation after being reported as an erratically driven vehicle. The driver, Eric S. Noonan, 49, of Kingston, NY, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Newburgh, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.21%. He was subsequently charged with:
- Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Misdemeanor
Noonan was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Newburgh Court on August 15, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
