Germantown woman charged with criminal possession of stolen property

Livingston, New York – On July 9, 2016, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested 29-year-old Darryl S. Lasko of Germantown, New York, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony.

On July 9, 2016, Troopers were contacted by a Livingston woman who reported that while shopping at the Hannaford store in Livingston, she lost her wallet and cell phone.  A subsequent investigation revealed that Lasko possessed the lost property and attempted to use the victim’s debit card at two different Columbia County locations.

Lasko was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in the Town of Livingston Justice Court on July 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
