Dover man charged with DWI subsequent to crash investigation in Millbrook

PRESS RELEASE
Millbrook, New York – On July 9, 2016, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 27-year-old Mario A. Ba Xol, of Dover, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched by Dutchess County 911 to a one-car collision that occurred on Bangall Road in the Town of Washington.  Following an investigation conducted by the arresting officer, it was discovered that the driver, Ba Xol, was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Ba Xol provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .19%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  The defendant was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Washington Court on July 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
