Southeast, New York – On July 9, 2016, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested 24-year-old Alexander J. Moore, of Mount Kisco, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped Moore on Route 22 for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel.  Following an investigation conducted by the arresting officer, it was discovered that Moore was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Moore provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .23%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Southeast Justice Court on July 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
