Wappinger man charged with Felony DWI

Fishkill, New York – On July 9, 2016, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Ference P. Szova, 25 years old, of Wappinger, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped Szova on Jackson Street for operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust. A subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated at the time of the stop. Szova was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed that he was convicted of a DWI related offense in 2014.
Szova was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Village of Fishkill Justice Court on July 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
