GARY S. NASELSKY is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Oneonta. In March 2014, Naselsky stole $4,500 by depositing bad checks to the Sidney Federal Credit Union in Oneonta, NY. A warrant for the arrest of Naselsky was issued by the Town of Oneonta Court in May 2014.

PAUL L. NIKOLA is wanted by the New York State Police in Wappinger and the City of Beacon Court following a fraud investigation conducted in 2013. Nikola was arrested for Grand Larceny after an investigate revealed that he was involved in a check cashing scheme. The City of Beacon Court issued a warrant ordering Nikola’s arrest when he failed to appear for court proceedings.

GERALD E. FRILEY is wanted by the New York State Police on an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. On February 9, 2015, Friley was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for a traffic violation. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Friley was in possession of heroin and marijuana while driving on a suspended license.

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree
Malik D. Ingram was arrested after a routine traffic stop in the Town of Lloyd. Ingram was the passenger in a vehicle where the occupants were observed to be smoking marihuana. After being searched, Ingram was found to be in possession of heroin and cocaine. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail. After making bail, Ingram did not return to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest from the Superior Court. His last known address was First Street in the City of Newburgh.

Wanted for criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, aggravated unliced operation 2nd degree, unlawful possession of marihuana
Raymond A. Jordan is wanted by the New York State Police on a Bench Warrant from the City of Albany Court for failure to pay fines related to the above charges. In February 2015, subsequent to a traffic stop, Jordan was found to be in possession of metal knuckles and five grams of marihuana. Jordan was also driving with 11 active suspensions on his driver’s license. His last known address was in Schenectady.

Jeremiah J. Hebner is wanted by the New York State Police and the Village of Brocton Court on an active arrest warrant issued on December 31, 2011. On October 10, 2011, Hebner was at a residence and stole an Xbox 360 and a Playstation 3. Hebner also took approximately 20 games for the corresponding game systems totaling $560. Hebner may have moved out of state to avoid charges.

Thomas L. Pruett, AKA “Spot,” is wanted by the State Police and the Town of Norfolk Court on the above charge. In July of 2014, Pruett broke into a tavern in the town of Norfolk and stole four cases of beer and four bottles of liquor.
