Agan arrested for Rape

Kinderhook, New York – On June 28, 2016 The New York State Police, working with the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office, arrested David T. Agan Jr. of Valatie, New York relative to an extensive and ongoing Rape investigation.

 The State Police explained that Agan has been charged with Rape in the Third, a Class E Felony, for his conduct with a person less than the age of seventeen.

 Agan was arraigned in the Town of Kinderhook Court, and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail, where he was currently remanded in relation to his December 10, 2015 arrest for Murder in the second degree, a Class A-1 Felony, regarding the homicide investigation of his wife, Christina M. Agan.
