On June 24, 2016 the New York State Police at Catskill arrested Jessica L. Sturner, age 32, of Coxsackie, NY for one count of Assault in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony.
A New York State Police investigation found Sturner struck another man in the head with a wooden baseball bat, causing the victim physical injury, while at a residence in the Town of Coxsackie.
Sturner was arraigned by Town of Coxsackie Justice Warren and remanded Sturner to Greene County Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 secured bond. Sturner was ordered to appear in the Town of Coxsackie Court at a later date.
