Troopers Arrest Suspect in Residential Burglary

The New York State Police in Middletown report the arrest of Jamil T. Fasenntao, age 30, of Monticello, for Burglary in the second degree. Fasenntao was arrested on June 21, 2016 after an investigation into the burglary of a home in the Town of Wawayanda in 2015. Fingerprints recovered at the scene were later matched to Fasenntao by the New York State Police crime laboratory in Albany. Fasenntao was arraigned in the Town of Wawayanda Court before the Hon. Shaun O’Connor and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $75,000 secured bond. His was ordered to return to court on June 23, 2016 at 5:00PM.
