Kinderhook man charged with Petit Larceny

Kinderhook, New York – On June 5, 2016, New York State Police from the New Lebanon barracks arrested Adam Conover, 20 years old, of Kinderhook, New York, for Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On May 21, 2016, Troopers were dispatched to the Sunoco Station located on Route 9H for a larceny complaint.  A subsequent investigation revealed that an employee at the station had stolen approximately $700 worth of scratch off lotto tickets on several different dates.

Conover was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Kinderhook Court on June 14, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
