Rhinebeck woman charged with endangering the welfare of a child

Rhinebeck, New York – On May 23, 2016, New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested 59-year-old Helen Teck, of Rhinebeck, New York, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On May 6, 2016, Troopers were dispatched to Astor Home in Rhinebeck for a harassment complaint involving a staff member and a student.  An investigation revealed that on April 26, 2016, Teck pushed an 11-year-old student.  The child receiving minor injuries.

Teck was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear before the Village of Rhinebeck Court on June 8, 2016 at 3:30 p.m.
