Clinton Corners woman charged with felony
driving while intoxicated

Pleasant Valley, New York – On May 18, 2016, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Michelle K. Warner, 29 years old, of Clinton Corners, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped the defendant on Main Street in Pleasant Valley for failing to stop at a stop sign. Subsequent to failing standardized field sobriety tests, Warner was placed under arrest for DWI.
Warner was charged with Felony DWI due to a previous DWI related conviction from 2009. She supplied a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court on June 28, 2016.
