Secrets of Thai Cooking: Sunday, June 5th, 11:00-2:00pm. Come join Thailand-born Chef Suchada Palmer and learn Thai food secrets from Curry Pastes to Pad Thai using flavorful herbs and spices. Rockin’ Moroccan: Saturday, June 11th, 11:00-2:00pm. Let Amanda Cushman- Culinary Instructor rock you with the flavors of Northern Africa!  Saffron, preserved lemons, cinnamon, cumin and mint will be yours to work with. A Worldly Take on Summer Camp!

Introduce your child’s taste buds to foods from around the world, ‘KitchEncounters,” our summer youth camps for kids ages 5 – 15 will explore the food, culture and art of diverse cultures often associated with conflict including: Russia, Iran, Brazil and more!
