Student accused of rape Alleged sex assault against girl, 14, at Marvelwood School in Kent CT
LITCHFIELD — An 18-year-old Florida man is accused of raping a 14-year-old freshman girl in a classroom at Marvelwood School in Kent, where both were students in February.
Samuel Jacob Thomas Elder is accused of risk of injury and second-degree sexual assault. He was arraigned Monday in Bantam Superior Court.
