New York, NY man arrested for 37 suspensions on license

Coxsackie, NY – On May 11, 2016, at approximately 9:03 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a cell phone violation. During the Trooper’s investigation, the driver Isiah A. Taylor, 26, of New York, NY, provided the Trooper with a false name. Once positively identified, it was determined that Taylor had 37 suspensions on his New York State driver’s license. He was transported and processed at SP Catskill where he was subsequently charged with:
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree; a Class E Felony
- Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
He was arraigned before the Town of Coxsackie Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
