Speed Enforcement Rt-9 Cortlandt

On August 6, 2015 between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00PM, the State Police in Cortlandt conducted a Speed Enforcement Initiative focusing on State Route 9. The State Police issued a total of 57 tickets, the majority for speeding.  This highway safety initiative perpetuates the mission of the State Police to reduce deaths, injuries and property damage caused by motor vehicle accidents through vehicle and traffic enforcement.
