State Police arrest Coxsackie man for Grand Larceny

PRESS RELEASE

     On 04/25/16, The New York State Police at Catskill arrested WILLIAM M. ROYAL, age 31, of Coxsackie, NY for 2 counts of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a class D felony and Offering a false Instrument for Filing in the 1st degree, a class E felony.

     ROYAL is alleged to have fraudulently obtained $15,000.00 cash in the form of bail return money from the Town of New Baltimore Town Court and $24,250.00 in bail return money from the Greene County Court in which he was not entitled.?

     ROYAL was arraigned in the Town of New Baltimore Town Court before Hon. Joseph Farrell who remanded ROYAL to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 secured bond. He is to re-appear in the Town of New Baltimore Town Court on 04/26/16 at 4:00 p.m.
