State Police arrest Coxsackie father and son arrested on numerous drug charges

On April 22, 2016, a joint investigation conducted by the New York State Police, The Greene County District Attorney’s Office and The Greene County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the execution of a search warrant at 10 Stacy Rd. in the Town of Coxsackie.
The search resulted in the recovery of approximately 50 grams of cocaine and approximately 8 ounces of marijuana as well as over $1,300 in US currency.? The occupants of that residence, ALEXANDER MAZARIEGO, age 20 and MARCO MAZARIEGO, age 45, were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 3rd degree, a class E felony.? MARCO MAZARIEGO was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor.? Both subjects were arraigned before the Town of Coxsackie court and remanded to Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail / $20,000 secured bond.
