Brooklyn man charged with felony marihuana possession

Bedford, New York – On April 19, 2016, New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested 30-year-old Gavin S. Warren of Brooklyn, New York, for Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped Warren on Interstate 684 for operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust. A subsequent investigation conducted by the arresting officer revealed that Warren was in possession of approximately 266 grams of marihuana.
Warren was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Bedford Court on May 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
