Mrs. Ellen C. Keeler died in Stuart, FL, April 12, 2016, following a brief illness. Mrs. Keeler was born in New Britain, CT, on December 4, 1945 daughter of the late Donlad G. and Ada (Ferguson) Beal. She spent her childhood in Cheshire CT, and was a 1964 graduate of Kaynor Technical High School in Waterbury, where she studied cosmetology. Mrs. Keeler was a resident of Salisbury, CT and a former resident of Stanfordville, NY and Millbrook, NY.
She is survived by her husband John also a Salisbury resident, her two sons John and Scott, their wives Kerri and Lisa, and four grand children; Jared, Aleksa, Brianna and Zachary. Mrs. Keeler is also survived by a brother Melvin Beal, a sister-in-law Barbara Beal, two nephews Mark Beal, Brian Beal and a number of cousins.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lakeville, CT, on April 25, 2016, at 11:00AM. Flowers may be sent or donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice . Arrangements are under the care of the Newkirk-Palmer Funeral Home, 118 Main St., Canaan, CT 06018.
