NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR
FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACTS
TOWN OF PATTERSON, COUNTY OF PUTNAM, STATE OF NEW YORK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Patterson, New York adopted at a meeting of said Board on April 13, 2016, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Patterson, New York at Town Hall, 1142 Route 311, Patterson, New York, on April 27, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. o’clock, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider the following contracts: Fire Protection Contract and Amendment Agreement with Patterson Fire Department No. 1 for the calendar year 2016 in the amount of $814,000; and Fire Protection Contract with Putnam Lake Fire Department for the calendar year 2016 in the amount of $301,000.
At said public hearing all persons interested in the subject matter thereof shall have the opportunity to be heard.
Copies of the aforesaid proposed Fire Protection Contracts are on file with the Town Clerk.
