Summer Camp Registration is OPEN
| Summer Camp registration has begun. Please look over the information below to familiarize yourself with the registration requirements. Remember to register your child for the grade they will enter in the Fall of 2016. This year, the Town of Pawling is offering online registration and a new software program. Please go towww.pawlingrec.com and click “Create New Account” link to open your account and gain easier access to program registration. Be sure to then add all the members of your household into the account. Don’t forget to enter you cell number with the carrier so we can text you with any last minute changes. Your new household account will provide you with the registration history, financial history and much more. We look forward to enjoying this enhanced registration experience with you. Below is a list of paperwork that must be submitted to the Recreation Department to complete your child’s registration. Paperwork must be mailed or handed in to the Recreation Office. Forms are available at www.pawlingrec.com 1. Payment in full – credit card payment online or cash/check at the Rec Office 2. Town of Pawling Summer Camp Registration Form 3. Town of Pawling Summer Camp Release Form 4. Town of Pawling Summer Camp Policy Form (2 pages) (One per family) 5. Current medical history form 6. Current Immunization record REMINDER: Your child is NOT registered until all paperwork and payment has been received by the Recreation Office. Do not delay on submitting your paperwork. Space is limited and spaces are not reserved until a payment has been made AND paperwork submitted. Registration AND paperwork deadline is June 1, 2016. Please note for all Town of Pawling Recreation programs, families are considered “Residents” if they pay their property taxes to the Town of Pawling. If you do not pay property taxes to the Town of Pawling, you are considered a “Non-Resident” |
