Chatham woman charged with stealing from her home health care clients

Chatham, NY – On April 11, 2016, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Livingston arrested Allison Arnold Delong, 38, of Chatham, New York, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

A lengthy investigation beginning in July of 2015 revealed Delong, the owner of Serenity Care, a private home healthcare agency, stole personal identifying information of five of her clients resulting in a total financial loss of over $5,000.

Delong was arraigned in the Town of Chatham Justice Court and remanded to Columbia County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
