Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports the arrest of a Connecticut man on a charge of Criminal Mischief.

On March 30, 2016 at approximately 12:45 p.m., Deputy Sheriff Andrew Kristan responded to a 911 report of a disorderly subject at Powers Fasteners located at 2 Powers Lane in the Town of Southeast. A company employee was reported to have been “acting out” in the receiving area of the facility. Upon arrival, the deputy determined that the employee, identified as Raven J. The deputy arrested Mr. Bachetti and charged him with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, a misdemeanor. The defendant was processed at the Putnam County Correctional Facility and held pending arraignment.

If found guilty of the misdemeanor charge, the defendant could face up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.00.
