NEW MILFORD — Patrick Hackett, of Patridge Trail, a 35-year-old Sherman man is facing sale of narcotics charges stemming from the investigation into an incident on Sept. 23, 2105 in Sherman and New Milford.
Hackett, turned himself in to New Milford Police Sunday on a warrant for his arrest. Hackett is charged with sale of narcotic substance and sale of narcotic substance by nondependent, police said.
He was released on $15,000 bond with a court date April 11 in Superior Court in Danbury.
