State Police Monroe arrest woman for Criminal Mischief and Reckless Endangerment

PRESS RELEASE

On March 21, 2016 the New York State Police in Monroe arrested Marshell L. Williams age 21, City of Newburgh, New York for Criminal Mischief second degree and Reckless Endangerment second degree.  It is alleged on March 21, 2016 Marshell followed her ex-boyfriend by means of vehicle transportation from the City of Newburgh area to Woodward Terrace in the Town of Woodbury.  Marshell struck her ex-boyfriend’s car by using her vehicle to strike his vehicle while both were traveling on Woodward Road.  Marshell struck ex-boyfriend’s vehicle numerous times in the rear bumper and both side areas causing substantial damage.  Estimate value of damage to vehicle exceeds one thousand five hundred dollars.   Williams was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail and $ 6,000 bond.
