Four clerks arrested following underage drinking initiative

Clerks at four establishments were arrested following sales of alcohol to the underage party.
The following people were charged with a violation of the State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law.
Mejia J.D. Ospina, age 28, of Post Road Deli in Montrose, New York
Dana M. DiPietro, age 26, of Fulgum’s Bar in Montrose, New York
Nicole D. Pasciuti, age 19, of Oregon Road Shell in Cortlandt Manor, New York
Sadhu R. Diogun, age 75, of Yorktown Hess in Yorktown Heights, New York
Ospina, DiPietro, and Pasciuti were issued Appearance Tickets and directed to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Monday, April 4th, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
Diogun was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.
The underage operative attempted to purchase alcohol at the following locations and was properly denied as a result of her age:
Montrose Deli – 4 Kings Ferry Rd in Montrose
Buchanan Shell – 3190 Albany Post Road in Buchanan
Montrose Sunoco – 2148 Albany Post Road in Montrose
Annsville Circle Mobil – 98 Roa Hook Rd in Cortlandt Manor
Foodstop – 2225 Crompond Rd in Cortlandt Manor
Redline Saloon – 5739 Albany Post Road in Cortlandt Manor
Appalachian Market – 1467 Route 9 in Garrison
BP Mart – 2071 East Main Street in Cortlandt Manor
Mobil Mart – 2072 East Main Street in Cortlandt Manor
Applebee’s – 3127 East Main Street in Mohegan Lake
Trail’s End Deli – 173 Sixth Street in Verplanck
Peekskill Mobil – 4100 Albany Post Road in Peekskill
Oregon Road Citgo – 96 Oregon Road in Cortlandt Manor
Lou’s Corner Store – 100 Frederick Street in Cortlandt Manor
