State Police arrest Dover man for burglary

Dover Plains, New York – On March 6, 2016, the New York State Police at Dover Plains arrested 31-year-old Thomas C Brown Jr. of the Town of Dover, New York, for Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

In February of 2016, Troopers were dispatched to investigate the burglary of a shed on Holsapple Road in the Town of Dover.   An Investigation revealed that Brown entered the shed and stole air conditioning units.

Brown was arraigned in the Town of Amenia Court before the Honorable Judge Moore and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $25,000 bond.  He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Dover Court at a later date.
