Beacon man arrested for felony driving while intoxicated

Fishkill, New York – On February 19, 2016, State Police from Wappinger arrested Henry P. King, 27 years old, of Beacon, New York, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated.
King was stopped by police for failing to yield the right of way and speeding. Following an investigation, he was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop. King was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history showed a previous DWI related conviction from June of 2014.
King was issued tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Fishkill Justice Court on March 1, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
