State Police At Liberty Arrest Loch Sheldrake Man For Rape

PRESS RELEASE
On Sunday February 21, 2016 State Police at Liberty arrested Ernest Seymour, age 50 of Loch Sheldrake, NY after an investigation into allegations that he had engaged in sexual intercourse with a child. It was reported to State Police that these acts occurred on several occasions in the Town of Fallsburg.
Seymour was charged with 3 counts of Rape 3rd Degree and 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Act 3rd Degree, felonies. He was arraigned in the Town of Fallsburg Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
