PRESS RELEASE
On Wednesday February 10th, 2016 the New York State Police in Catskill arrested CYNTHIA DEAN, age 28, of Cairo, N.Y. for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (a class E Felony).
Investigators determined that DEAN had stolen $1050.00 in cash from an acquaintance’s purse. She was processed at SP Catskill and arraigned before Town Justice Sirago in the Town of Cairo Court where she was remanded to the Greene County Jail on $1500.00 Cash Bail / $2500.00 Secure Bond.
